About SEC
The Singapore Enterprise Centre (SEC) is a one-stop business services centre, established by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) with support from Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG). It assists Singapore enterprises to venture into the China market, offering a suite of integrated services including business advisory, market information, and business matching.
Leveraging its extensive business network and strong government relations through the SCCCI and EnterpriseSG, the SEC helps enterprises from Singapore and China explore potential business opportunities locally and internationally. It serves as a platform for interactive exchanges and assists enterprises in finding suitable business partners quickly and accurately. The centre has a professional consulting team familiar with various industries and fields, providing consultancy and services to businesses.

The Singapore Enterprise Centre is a one-stop business services centre established by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and supported by Enterprise Singapore. It is dedicated to assisting Singaporean companies in entering the Chinese market and promoting trade exchanges between Singaporean and Chinese businesses. It provides business consulting, market information, and business matching services for Singaporean companies.
To serve Singaporean businesses entering the Chinese market, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry established a representative office in Shanghai in 2010, creating an exchange platform for investment consultation and economic and trade cooperation between enterprises from both countries. In 2013, under the collaborative framework between the Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Enterprise Singapore, the centre gathered resources from the government and the chamber to provide business consulting services for Singaporean companies expanding into the Chinese market. The centre assists enterprises in seeking potential partners and shares market information and business opportunities with them. Since its establishment, the Singapore Enterprise Centre has actively carried out activities, assisting numerous Singaporean enterprises in entering the Chinese market and helping them establish a presence in Shanghai.Honors and Qualifications

Established in 2019, the Singapore Enterprise Centre @Chengdu is responsible for business operations in Southwest China. Established by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and supported by Enterprise Singapore, the centre integrates resources from both government and chamber to provide consultancy services for Singapore companies expanding into the Chinese market. The centre assists enterprises in seeking potential partners and shares market information and business opportunities with them. Since its inception, the Singapore Enterprise Centre @Chengdu has actively organised events, offering over a hundred consultation and business matchmaking services, and has assisted Singapore enterprises in establishing a presence in Chengdu.
To support Singapore companies entering the China market, the Chamber established the Sichuan Representative Office in Chengdu in 2020. This office serves as an exchange hub for trade cooperation between enterprises from both countries.Honors and Qualifications
In 2020, the Singapore Enterprise Centre @Chengdu was awarded the title of "Outstanding Unit for Open Cooperation in Jinjiang District" by the Jinjiang District Committee of the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee and Jinjiang District People's Government of Chengdu.
